Constructive Renovations, LLC, is always looking for new vendors. To enroll, please click the Go to Application button, below. If you have any questions regarding the application, please feel free to contact us. We’d be happy to help.

Vendor duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Inspecting REO properties and determining any deficiencies that require repairs and/or capital improvements.
Providing a detailed list of deficiencies on both the interior and exterior of the property.
Providing a scope of work to repair or replace deficiencies that includes the unit price for materials and labor expense (Renovation estimate).
Performing the repairs and/or capital improvements to building code and industry standards.

Contractors must meet ALL of the following minimum requirements to be considered:

A minimum of 3 years general contracting experience in performing repairs and capital improvements on residential properties.
Valid license(s) as required by federal, state, or local laws.
General Liability Insurance per the requirements listed here.
Workers Compensation Insurance per the requirements listed here.
Financially able to carry repair costs for 30 days before reimbursement (approx. $42,000 per job).
Lead-Based Paint Certificate preferred, but not required.

Applicants must upload the following documents to be considered:

Proof of insurance per the requirements listed here with proper endorsements.
Valid license(s) as required by federal, state, or local laws.
Completed W-9 Form — Click here to download W-9 Form.
Lead-Based Paint Certificate, if applicable.
